Actually, seeing how absolutely every driver on the Hume Highway in NSW appears to be dashing along at at least 130kmph, including women, I'm not entirely sure what to make of those billboards.

Did you read the article about the guy who blamed road rage on this billboard?
A woman did it to him from another car, and he threw a bottle OUT of his car, hitting her window.
