I know! Most horror stuff is just so pathetically silly that it's more laughable than scary, but I agree with the rabbit thing.
Perhaps it's also scary because it sort of seems to be something of his delusions and mental illnesses and issues tend to freak people out a bit. Or because it suggests doing "bad" things... who knows... Mainly it's the eyes *lol*

Yeah the rabbit dude IS freaky. More freaky than stuff in 99% of horror films actually... Probably because it leaves so much up to the imagination.
